Creating a Service Ticket

This article outlines the process to create a service ticket.

***If you were a customer of the previous distributor, please fill out a service ticket, and ship your defective device to our office (at your cost):

We will check your device(es) into inventory, evaluate them, and contact you with an ETA for completion of service.
Once completed, we will ship the device back to you (free of charge) if your device is still covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

***If you bought your device through ProMed Solutions, Inc. please fill out a service ticket.
We will contact you with further instructions. 

1. You should already be logged in to your account (if you are having trouble please call us at 562.326.5720 and we will be happy to walk you through any issues).

2. Once logged in, you should see this screen: 
 

3. Select "Tickets" and you should see this screen:


4. Select "Add ticket"

5. The "Submit a ticket" Form will populate and look like this:




6. Fill out the form to the best of your abilities. We have supplied some examples to aid in this process.

7. Select "Submit" and your ticket will be sent to our support staff.

8. You can always submit a ticket from the bottom of the support page. It looks like this:
